Purity at 99.44 % and water at 6.46 %: the two numbers are independent and both are needed. Excellent chromatography on a wet cake still yields less peptide per vial than the label implies.

Detection wavelength does not affect a mass determination but it does affect the purity figure sitting next to it. Both are stated on this record, which is the point.
