Endotoxin is a fill-suite property, so it is broadly consistent within a supplier and within a period. That consistency is what makes the gap worth closing on a sample of lots rather than on all of them.
Inorganic residue from a buffer salt carried through the last lyophilisation is invisible on a chromatogram and obvious on an ash determination. It belongs in the residual slot.
Mass, retention and impurity profile all agree on this record. Three independent constraints pointing the same way is the strongest identity evidence the index publishes.
Well inside class limit. Worth noting that the class limits are set by mass rather than globally, because the same ppm is a different number of daltons at 340 and at 4,800.
Area percent assumes unit response factors across every species present. At 99.93 % the assumption barely matters — there is not enough impurity for a response-factor error to move the figure by a tenth.
At 214 nm the amide bond dominates the response, so a peptide impurity is seen roughly in proportion to its size. 99.58 % on this detection is the conservative reading; a 280 nm trace would flatter it.
Column chemistry flatters or punishes a figure like this. A core-shell column at this gradient resolves the close-eluting family that a fully porous 5 µm bed merges, so 99.58 % here is a harder number than the same figure from a coarser column.
99.58 % on PT-141 (Bremelanotide) sits at the top of what this index sees. Read it with the method: PeptideMeter ran a 28 min gradient here, and the compound fingerprint names a mass-identical species that a shorter run folds into the main peak. On this gradient the figure is well founded.
