Deamidation is time, temperature and sequence. If the deamidated species is prominent here, the manufacture date on lot KP-2607-H5774 against the assay date above is the first arithmetic to do.
Incomplete deprotection leaves a +222 Da passenger that co-elutes late. If it is in the named table, the fix is a longer deprotection rather than a better purification.
Independently purchased, at the submitter's own cost, forwarded without the supplier's involvement. That is the definition and this record meets it.
