Re-injecting the same vial on a fresh column normally returns an asymmetry under 1.2 and a purity within repeatability of the original. That is the correct next step and it is cheap.

Asymmetry above the limit does not affect the identity determination on this record at all. Mass and retention stand; only the area-percent figure carries the qualifier.
