The more useful question than the rounding is whether the certificate states the method. Where it does, a rounded figure is comparable; where it does not, an unrounded one still is not.
The measured value on this record carries two decimals because the integration produced two. That is the honest form of the same quantity, and it is available from the supplier as well.
Any covalent dimer would appear at roughly twice the parent mass, and on a cysteine-containing sequence at twice the parent minus two hydrogens. The envelope on this record shows no series at either offset.
Instrument class is on the record, which is what allows -3.4 ppm to be read at its proper weight. The index distinguishes "confirmed" from "consistent with" precisely on this field.
Mass at +2.1 ppm establishes identity but not content. Absolute content needs a standard or an orthogonal quantitative method, and neither is a mass spectrometer.
Spectral homogeneity across the main peak would complete this record. Mass confirms what eluted; the spectrum confirms that only one thing did.
One retail vial is one draw from a fill. Two or three from the same lot would separate fill variation from lot quality, and that is the cheapest useful experiment in this whole field.
