Photodiode-array spectral homogeneity across the main peak would convert 99.93 % from a good number into a checked one. It is a free measurement on any instrument that already has the detector.

A retail vial at 99.93 % is worth more evidentially than a selected vial at a higher figure. That is the whole argument for recording provenance at all.
