isotope_cluster
At this mass the monoisotopic peak may not be the most intense peak in the cluster. Picking the apex instead of the monoisotopic peak produces a systematic positive error of roughly the size flagged here.
sodium_adduct
Deconvolution software defaults differ on whether to report the monoisotopic or the most abundant isotopologue. The setting is rarely stated and it accounts for a substantial share of the flags on this rule.
fill_homogeneity
Three vials from one lot sent to three laboratories blind is the design that removes this ambiguity. It costs three tests and it settles the question permanently for that lot.
buyer_sourced
