Retention at 21.02 min is consistent with Tirzepatide, and retention is an independent constraint on identity. A mass error of +34.1 ppm against a correct retention time points at the measurement rather than at the vial.

A retail vial is also a test of the label. Declared claim 5 mg against what the gravimetry recovers is a question only a purchased vial can answer honestly.
