A supplier's water-system qualification would make a burden estimate possible without measuring every lot. No such document exists in this market as far as the index can tell.

Section 2
Annotations
Signed technical comments on records. The index does not moderate annotations for agreement with its own arithmetic, and several of these disagree with it. Where a handle has made the same point on several records, one instance is shown and the rest are reachable from the records themselves.
A certification says what a process is supposed to do. A retail vial says what it did. Both are worth having and only one of them is a measurement.
A certificate that states its basis once and applies it to all four fields is doing the one thing that makes a declaration reconcilable. It costs nothing and it is rare.
Under a quality system a result field and a specification field are different controlled fields, and conflating them is a document-control observation. It is also one of the easiest things in this whole market to fix.
A specification for counter-ion content, stated with a method, would make this field checkable. Most certificates name the salt and stop there.
A specification for a conjugate that constrains only peptide purity leaves the defining property unconstrained. That is a specification-design observation and it applies across the class.
A supplier with a documented sampling procedure would remove most of this ambiguity by following it and saying so. Nobody in this market publishes one.
What this record does establish is on the page and it is substantial. What it does not establish is listed under the provenance block rather than left for the reader to infer.
The status field caps at what the panel supports. Endotoxin is one of the orthogonal measurements that would lift it, and it was not ordered.
